Q: Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We sure do! Blam offers free shipping on orders over $95 within the United States!
Q: How Long Does It Take To Ship?
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to high holiday demand, it may take 4-5 business days to process orders.
Orders usually get processed and shipped within 1-2 days. The shipping estimates below are based on when your order leaves our fulfillment center:
- Standard (arrives within 7 business days)
- Expedited (arrives within 2-3 business days)
For a more accurate delivery estimate, you may check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Q: Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship to the 50 US states, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada is currently paused, but we hope to expand to more countries in the future. Stay tuned!
Q: My Order States It's Been Delivered... But I Couldn't Find It.
Having trouble receiving your order, here are a few things you can try:
- Check that your shipping address, including zip code/postal code, is correct on your order.
- Double check your mailbox. It may seem obvious, but the odds of your local mailman sneaking in your package in is still within the realm of possibility!
If you still can't find your order, email us over at support@blamtees.co. We will wait 24-36 hours after the order shows as delivered before placing a new order, and we may require a signature to prevent porch pirates from stealing your drip. If an order goes missing from the same address more than once, we will no longer be able to ship to that address.
Please note that you must claim a missing order within 30 days from the delivery date. After that, we will not be able to replace the order.
Q: I Accidentally Put The Wrong Address Upon Placing An Order. What Should I Do From Here?
If you spot a blunder in your shipping address within the first five minutes of ordering, you may be able to get it fixed before it is processed. Unfortunately, we can't promise any changes, so make sure to input the right address to avoid any problems. If we're unable to fix it before it's sent out, you'll have to pay a $7.99 fee for it to be reshipped.
Q: I Ordered During A Big Sale. Will This Delay My Shipping?
We enjoy big sales just as much as you do, and for that, we work hard to get your orders out without delay! Usually, we can manage to process your order within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday.
But during major sales, however, it can take a bit longer than expected. Our target processing hours takes about 48-72 hours. For example, if you order on a Saturday during a big sale, we'll do our best to get your order to you by Monday, although it could be as late as Tuesday or Wednesday. Rest assured we'll always do our best to get your order out fast and accurately.
Q: My Order Was Damaged During Transit. What Should I Do?
Oof, nobody deserves a damaged package! We totally feel your pain. Luckily, we at BLAM can help you sort things out. All you gotta do is email support@blamtees.co within 100 days of delivery, along with a photo of what you got, and the packaging it arrived in.
Then we can get you a new order. We understand just how irritating shipping issues can be. Which is why we're going to make sure you get squared away. Just get in touch within 100 days of delivery, and include a pic of what you got and the packaging it arrived in. We'll get you a new order ASAP.
Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?
Need to cancel or make any changes to your order? Feel free to reach out to our support email over at support@blamtees.co.
Keep in mind that BLAM cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order has been processed. If the tees have already been shipped, it won't be possible to make any changes, including updating the delivery address or canceling the order.
